2023 Nibiru Schönberg Riesling

Nibiru are relatively new on the scene in Austria - and even newer in Australia! They're going from strength to strength and are definitely a producer to watch. 

It's just arrived in a fresh shipment from Lo-Fi wines and golly it's good. Miriam has been drinking their wines for a few years in the UK and was ecstatic that they've made their way over to us in Australia. 

For a riesling lover- this is going to hit everything for you. It's bone dry, but has power and precision. An iron fist in a velvet glove perhaps?

Think minerality, but with fleshy fruit and savoury notes. Honeysuckle, Orange Blossom, White Peach and cooking spices. There's almost a waxiness, lanolin character and it's all underpinned with bracing mouthwatering acidity. It's bloody fantastic. 

Organic and biodynamic.
