We LOVE Cinsault! (Sin-Soh is how you can pronounce it)

It's spiritual home so to speak is in the south of France. You'll find it as part of a blend in Rosé and some regional reds - but we also think it's absolutely stunning on it's own. This variety is perfectly suited to our warming climate.

Miriam first came across it when working at St. John in London - their own winery, Boulevard Napoleon make a phenomenal straight Cinsault from 8- year old vines in the Minervois, Languedoc. In some years you would chill it, others treat it like a Pinot noir - not necessarily cold, but definitely a lighter red. 

Crunchy bright fruits - pomegranate, cranberry, mulberry, blueberry with a lick of tannin. It's a beautiful wine.

Biodynamically farmed. Minimal sulphur.
