2024 Arfion Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio or Pinot Gris? Australian winemakers sometimes seem to be confused as the style they're making versus the name they give it! 

Dave is not one of those producers. 

Citrussy and vibrant - this is cut pink lady apple, granny smith apples and pear. Dry, slightly spicy it's definitely not boring, but fits that italian style white perfectly.

How: Some kind of seafood and pasta. Maybe a splash goes into the sauce too.
