2024 Wangolina Malvasia Istriana

Anita Goode of Wangolina is an incredible winemaker - you'll notice her wines dotted across our website. 

The Malvasia Istriana we think might be one of our favourites - an Italian varitety originally, this wine offers a gorgeous aromatic nose - apple blossom, fresh cut pear, lemon citrus and white peach, the palate follows through with an oyster shell texture, and a touch of sea-spray saltiness. This wine delivers Chablis style minerality, with weight and texture without being buttery...or at the price of Chablis.  (and is supporting an Australian wine maker)
