Rosé Bubbles ahoy!

Harvested early to retain the 'snap frozen strawberry and rose petal prettiness that we really like'. Syrah from Heathcote has never looked this delicate or delightful. We tend to think Shiraz - particularly from Heathcote as this brutish wine, high in alcohol - but when these choices are made, such as harvesting early and turning it into bubbles...surprise and delight ensues!

What: Syrah and a splash of Chardonnay. 

How: Brunch, with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
