2025 Whispers of Chaos White

Showing maturity and expertly handles wines- well above his years is Marcus Torzi of whispers of Chaos. He's only just finished his degree of oenology and viticulture at University of Adelaide! This year he took home the prize pf best new act at the annual Young Gun awards. We're pretty excited for his future. 

This wine is absolutely delicious. 4-5 days on skins doesn't make this a 'skin-contact' necessarily, but it has boosted the aromatics, and added savoury texture. There's white blossom on the nose, with white peach, nectarine and wild honey. There's no sweetness or sugariness to this wine, the fruit and florals are wonderfully balanced with a phenolic grip and a slight beeswax savouriness.
